At Volori, we work to make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Because our products may be shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times can vary depending on your location and shipping destination. Most orders are expected to arrive within 7–15 business days, although delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Volori is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
